1. Attendance
Registration is for the agreed programme dates and sessions. Parents/caregivers are responsible for ensuring all registration, emergency contact and medical information is accurate and kept up to date. An attendance record will be maintained for each programme session.
2. Behaviour
We expect all participants to behave respectfully towards other children, staff, school property and equipment.
Bullying, abusive behaviour, deliberate damage, unsafe behaviour or repeated failure to follow reasonable staff instructions will not be accepted. Where behaviour is considered unsafe or significantly disruptive, the parent/caregiver may be contacted and asked to collect their child. Serious or continued behavioural issues may result in a child being removed from the programme without refund.
3. Health, Injury & Emergencies
Parents/caregivers must advise us of any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, medication or other information relevant to their child's participation. Programme staff may provide basic first aid where required. If a child becomes unwell or is injured, we will contact the parent/caregiver or emergency contact where appropriate. In an emergency, staff may arrange ambulance or other medical assistance if considered necessary.
4. Activities & Participation
The programme may include indoor and outdoor games, sport, recreation and other age-appropriate activities.
Reasonable care will be taken to provide a safe environment. Parents/caregivers acknowledge that participation in physical and recreational activities involves some inherent risk of injury.
5. Fees, Absences & Refunds
Programme fees are payable as advised at registration. Any late collection fee will be charged to the parent/caregiver and notified by email or text following the session. Payment must be made using the payment details provided and is due before the
child's next scheduled session. Where late collection fees remain unpaid, or where there are repeated late collections, we reserve the right to suspend or review the child's participation in the programme. Refunds or credits will not normally be provided for sessions missed due to illness, family commitments or other personal circumstances. If the programme cancels a session and cannot provide a reasonable alternative, an appropriate credit or refund will be provided.
6. Personal Property
Children are responsible for their own clothing, mobile phones, devices and other personal belongings. The programme cannot accept responsibility for personal items that are lost, damaged or left behind.
7. Photos & Video
Photos or video may occasionally be taken during the programme for programme, school or promotional purposes.
8. Changes to the Programme
We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to activities, staffing, locations or programme arrangements where required for operational, safety or weather-related reasons.
